The client need to be accepted for who they are, I have a knack for putting myself in other people's shoes. A client needs support from every support system possible. As a social worker, help relieve people's suffering fight for social justice and improve lives and communities. I identify client needs by gathering relevent information, identifying the presenting problem, assessing the client's strengths and resources, formulating goals and objectives, and selecting appropriate interventions. The goal is the improvement of people's lives, alleviation of biosychosocial concerns, and empowerment of social justice.
As a social worker I specialize in building on strengths of families and helping them to provide a safe nurturing environment for children and youth. I offer therapeutic counselling to individuals, couples, family,group conselling, trauma,gender based violence problems, work related stress, alcohol and drug abuse,grief counseling,relationship counseling
