Hi, I’m Louisa, better known as Lulu. I’m a counsellor & coach for all women wanting change, growth & help. Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, traumatized, disempowered, or just plain stuck? Do you feel reluctant to divulge this to friends or colleagues? You are not alone. I strive to give my clients a safe, genuine and non-judgmental space to be able to release feelings that are holding them back from living their best life possible. Past or present emotional struggles or negative thoughts so often prevent us from moving forward. Counseling and coaching may just shift that dial and positively change your life.
My preferred focus is facilitating adult women in dealing with self-esteem, past trauma, depression, anxiety, life changes or similar. Motivation, building coping skills and self-worth are vital in tackling any transitional stages of life. I'm also a qualified Enneagram practitioner which creates wonderful awareness and clarity for many clients.
I’ve been married 23 years, have raised 3 children, some furry ones too and I adore animals. I’ve been counselling in some way or form for the past 20 odd years, needing therapeutic help myself along the way. Life often throws curveballs, yet there is help out there.
