I am here to help you understand yourself and the challenges you face, and grow and overcome them. I am a counselling psychologist whose focus is on creating a safe relationship that encourages self exploration and knowing yourself. Therapy should be tailored to your unique psychology. I am psychodynamic in my approach to therapy. This approach focuses on improving different personal domains, such as emotions, impulses or relationships. Deep insight and emotional development are examples of important goals in this type of therapy. I help you understand yourself, and develop more confidence in dealing with your internal experiences.
I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers. The range of my work is broad, from coping with trauma or life adjustments, to long term psychotherapy for complex issues.
The therapy is dynamic, and so I pay ongoing attention to your experience and needs as we progress.
