I am an Educational Psychologist offering Therapy and Psychoeducational Assessment. I have a special interest in food and body image issues. I am in the process of registering to train in CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) which is an effective therapeutic approach for eating disorder treatment. I am trained in DBT (Dialectual Behavioural Therapy) and I draw inspiration form positive psychology in my practice. I am also able to assist children and adolescents with educational and adjustment challenges.
I was a teacher at an All-Girls Private School before qualifying as an Educational Psychologist in 2023. This has given me a passion for girls and women's mental health and the challenges that they face in adjusting to the demands and pressures of todays world. I see pre-teens, teens and young adults.
