I can provide a safe space where I will listen with empathy and compassion to your life story and help you to make sense of your journey and to heal and grow. Discovering the strengths that lie within yourself can be a rewarding process that will equip you to deal more effectively with life's challenges.
I have counselling experience for 15 years. I worked part-time at a student counselling facility and part-time in private practice for 8 years before I went full-time into private practice. To make a difference and facilitate growth in teenagers and adults is my passion.
I firmly believe that every person has the ability to change and grow and become the best version of themselves. Sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith and step out of your comfort zone. I am here for you to take the journey one step at a time.
