I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can speak freely and feel heard. I offer individual counselling with one-on-one support for individuals, teens, or older adults navigating life challenges. I also offer support for grief and trauma, stress, and anxiety support as well as personal growth and self-esteem support.
You don't have to face it alone, as life can feel overwhelming at times, and it is ok to ask for help. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. In our time together, you will be met with kindness, respect and confidentiality.
