On a personal note, I am a married 44-year-old mother to a 10-year-old son. Why do I tell you this? Because I believe it is important for you to know that I have not only academic but also broad life experience. I have worked through much emotional and physical trauma in my life thus far, so I am able to understand the depths of feelings my clients present. I counsel both individuals and couples.
My areas of specialty include (but are not limited to) Premarital counselling, Marriage and Relationship Counselling and Individual Counselling – issues relating to infidelity, trust, separation, divorce, parenting, co-parenting, family dynamics, anger management, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, intimacy and sex, loss of motivation, lack of goals, etc.
