These services include individual psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, and interventions. My services are offered to individuals, couples, groups and families (children & adolescents) using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
My focus is to assist clients gain insight into their life challenges in order to facilitate healing, growth and positive changes in their lives with the purpose of promoting optimal quality of life.
