Navigating the ever-changing spectrum of life's challenges, from smaller everyday stressors to larger complexities, can feel entirely overwhelming. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy (exclusively for queer folk), and group therapy. I provide evidence-based support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, bipolarity, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, work difficulties, eating or body image worries, and relationship and family dynamics.
Recognising the unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ communities and queer folk, I am particularly committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and supportive care.
