I offer individual therapy for teens and adults and play therapy for children. I have a particular interest in trauma and loss, substance use and addiction, mood and anxiety disorders and personality disorders.
I am passionate about providing clients with holistic and individualised treatment and empowering clients with the skills, knowledge and internal resources for continued growth once the therapy process is complete. In addition, I have completed training in Level 1 & 2 BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) and Level 1 EMI (Eye Movement Integration) Therapy.
I believe in the importance of developing and identifying one’s own natural strengths and resources and working collaboratively with my clients; we all have the strength to deal with our challenges, we may just need a little guidance and support.
