My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, helping clients break trauma bonds, rebuild self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim their voice in a safe, validating space.

In addition to individual therapy, I work with clients navigating challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, burnout, and work-related stress. I also provide debriefing and support for those impacted by group or workplace trauma through (EAPs).My practice welcomes individuals from all walks of life offering a non-judgmental space
