I have been practicing as an Industrial Organisational Psychologist for the past 10 years. My focus and experience relates to Career Counselling, Psychometric assessments for Selection & Development, Employee Gap Analysis and Talent Management. I am accredited on assessment instruments including Personality Assessments, Interest, Aptitude and Ability, Emotional Intelligence, Learning Potential and more.
In addition, I am a coach whereby I assist my clients to roadmap desired outcomes. I become my client's soundboard, challenger and partner in the journey of self-discovery; breaking fixed thinking patterns and developing a growth mindset. Coaching I provide includes: Performance Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching and Business Coaching.
