I focus on talk-based and somatic psychotherapy, integrating various psychological approaches based on your needs. My passion for holistic mental health care stems from the belief that all parts of us are intimately interconnected, and we do not exist in isolation.
I aim to assist in reaching your intrinsic potential through a mindful space where sharing, growing, and learning can take place. My approach to building coping skills and psychological insight is fulfilled through a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, with co-created therapy goals. My approach is tailored to your unique history, culture and values.
