I am a registered Sexologist in practice in both South Africa and Europe. I offer a unique blend of talk therapy and body-based healing through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). TRE gently helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore balance. My focus is on women’s emotional, physical, and sexual wellness - and the deep connection between them. I also work with couples on communication and connection while helping each partner remain true to themselves within the relationship.
