My aim as a psychologist is to help you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviour - and gently guide you towards growth and healing. This is done through allowing you to make sense of your experiences and ultimately reshape your life. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults & adolescents, as well as couples counselling & family therapy. I specialise in: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Self Harm, Personality difficulties, Relationship difficulties, Adjustment difficulties, Bereavement, Trauma, Health-related issues, Self-esteem & self-worth, Personal growth & development.
