I work primarily with women and teen girls navigating anxiety, relational trauma and identity transitions. Many of my clients are capable and high-functioning, yet privately overwhelmed by perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown or repeated relationship patterns.
With a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology, I bring a strong understanding of how the brain, nervous system and early experiences shape present-day behaviour. In therapy we look beneath the surface of these patterns.
My approach is structured, engaged and collaborative. Sessions are reflective but also purposeful. You will leave with clearer language for what you are experiencing, stronger emotional regulation skills and concrete tools to respond differently.
I support couples working through communication breakdown, attachment dynamics and rebuilding emotional safety.
