I help clients that lacks confidence, difficulty with relationships, anxiety and depression. Clients needs safe and supportive environment, emotional validation to acknowledge and understand their feelings and experiences and also practical coping strategies to manage daily life . The client's goal is to have an increased confidence, emotional healing and recovery, improved relationships and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression. They also need a non-judgemental space so that can be able to share heir experiences and emotions, support and guidance because they hope for a better future and desire to heal and recover.
As a social worker, my specialty lies in providing compassionate and holistic support to individuals , families and communities navigating life challenges. My area of expertise include : Mental health, Family and relationships dynamics and cultural competence. Services offered : individual and family counselling, case management and advocasy.
Active listening, using emotional intelligence, showing genuine interest to clients as individuals, provide value to clients without expecting anything in return, for example, referring or introducing a client to someone to further help them.
