I work from an integrated therapy model that uses aspects from different theoretical frameworks. I am trained in psychodynamic as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide services to children, adolescents & adults in the form of individual psychotherapy, play therapy, and family therapy.
Providing my clients with a space that is optimal to their psychological well-being is centered on my belief that when we have the opportunity to engage ourselves in a non-judgmental and non-threatening space, we open the gateway for personal growth. This process of self discovery and healing is an act of self-care that each of us are worth undertaking.
