Welcome! I’m Klara, and my aim as Specialist Wellness Counsellor is for you rebuild your sense of self. This could be your self-worth, -esteem, -respect, and -trust. I often work with people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, emotional abandonment, or people who are trying to recover from unresolved issues often rooted in childhood, romantic relationships, or toxic work/family dynamics. You might want to build emotional resilience and strength, reclaim your autonomy, and break free from internalised and chronic self-doubt and negativity. In our sessions we will look at various things, such as:
How to identify, establish and reinforce boundaries; Improving your communication skills to increase assertiveness and stop people-pleasing; Learning practical skills to regulate your emotions; Identifying negative core beliefs about yourself, and replacing them with healthier and more positive thoughts and behaviours.
