I work with adults, couples, and children who are facing challenges ranging from trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties to emotional or behavioural struggles. Some clients come to me for clarity through psychological, neuropsychological, medico-legal, or forensic assessments. Others seek therapy to process painful experiences, build resilience, or find new ways of coping. What they share is a wish for understanding, healing, and meaningful change. What they hope therapy will provide is a safe space to be truly seen and accepted.
My approach is tailored to each client. This may involve long-term psychodynamic and narrative therapy to process trauma and build a stronger sense of self, or short-term, solution-focused work to manage present challenges. With couples and families, I focus on strengthening communication, repairing trust, and supporting children’s developmental wellbeing.
I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where patients feel supported and empowered to grow.
