I believe that people are complex and that it is important to understand how they interact within themselves and with the wider environment. I aim to understand how clients are impacted by various factors such as biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental. My aim is to build an understanding and collaborative relationship with my clients as well as tailoring therapy to the needs of my clients.
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults 18 years and older. My areas of interest include anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment and relational difficulties, bereavement, and responses to traumatic events or experiences. Unfortunately, I do not conduct forensic, psycholegal or psychiatric assessments.
