As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, I offer holistic support for a variety of mental health needs, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, confidence skills, self-esteem, self-harm and coping techniques. While I am unable to diagnose clients, I am always happy to provide the necessary support and interventions necessary within my scope of practice.
I have a huge passion for helping people from all walks of life, facing all different challenges. I believe everyone can benefit from speaking to someone in confidence and safety.
