Most people can feel low and anxious due to difficult life experiences, but is this experience affecting the quality of your life or causing you suffering? If so, I am a UCT trained clinical psychologist with 23 years of clinical experience in treating, supporting and working therapeutically with people to find lasting change to their presenting difficulties. I have a special interest and expertise in working therapeutically with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family/relationship struggles, life-decisions and work related difficulties. I maintain a safe, confidential and ethical practice.
Whether I am consulting with an individual, group, couple or organisation I always work from a psychodynamic framework which is evidence based and allows for deep insight as well as real and lasting change.
