As a Social Worker and a Life coach, I support clients by providing them with tools to take action. I used evidence-based techniques to help my clients identify and address their needs, and develop strategies for coping with and overcoming these challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have a strong interest in unlocking people' potential to maximize their well-bein. I have a huge belief that all of us have the potential to be magnificent, we just need nourishment and light to move forward.
I structure programs in both one-on-one and workshop environments. I empower you to eliminate obstacles, set goals and hold you accountable to achieve your goals. I have both experience and passion for working with individuals who are struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. I understand the unique challenges that these individuals face.
I know that reaching out for help can be difficult and overwhelming. But I want you to know that you are not alone. I am here to listen, support, and provide guidance as you navigate your challenges.
