As a therapist, I see myself as a facilitator of personal growth and transformation. I use my understanding of the psychology of human beings, together with my knowledge and experience of different work environments, to help individuals, couples, and families make significant and lasting changes in ways that are most meaningful and appropriate for their particular situation. I am curious about every person I encounter, and look forward to partnering with them on their journey toward living more authentically, and toward finding meaning and purpose in their lives, as they address the challenges they face.

I consult with adolescents over fifteen years of age, and with individuals, couples, and families. Most of the issues that clients seek assistance with have their roots in early and sometimes current trauma, which manifests in personal and interpersonal challenges, such as anxiety, depression and relationship problems.

In the 22 years that I have been a psychologist, I have been trained in a variety of modalities, including family constellation, and somatic-oriented psychotherapy and neurolopsychology. My approach is integrative, and I collaborate with clients to find the best way to assist, which may be short term, solution-focused or longer term.
