I have spent over 20 years working intimately with patients and their families until I specialised in Psychotherapy 7 years ago. As midwife, mother and Master in Infant Mental Health, I have great insight into Fertility, relationship challenges, loss and depression.
What often keeps us from seeking help is our shame. Our shame in thinking we are unworthy and unlovable. The world you enter when you enter my counseling room is a safe and confidential space. I will walk with you into those dark and lonely places at your own pace. I will provide a holding space and containment for you while together we find solutions.
