As an Educational Psychologist, my ideal clients are children, teens, and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school, work, or home life. They may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, learning barriers, or difficulty regulating their emotions. Parents may want to understand and support their child better, while adults may seek clarity, balance, and healthier ways to cope with stress. At the heart of it, we all want to feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools that allow us— or our children — to thrive both emotionally and academically.
I offer a warm, supportive therapeutic space for children and families. Using a strength-based, polyvagal-informed approach, I help clients build resilience and regulation.
I also provide psychoeducational, school readiness, and career assessments
to identify barriers, strengths, and the best ways to support growth.
