Although I provide psychological support and intervention to most adults who present with a variety of challenges and concerns, I have special interest in supporting younger males struggling with regulating anger, emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness. However, I continue to provide psychological intervention for challenges such as grief, stress, trauma, life transitions, adjustment, etc. I also provide psychometric assessments to children, teenagers, and adults with an orientation towards academia and occupation.
Using an integrative theoretical orientation that incorporates cognitive-behavioural, person-centred, and solutions-focused approaches, I am privileged to accompany you on your journey of self-exploration, meaning-making, and goal fulfilment.
