I offer a specialised psycho-bio-dynamic approach to healing past trauma called Spontaneous Healing Intra-systemic Process (SHIP). I guide clients through a process of facing and integrating their painful past memories at the level of mind, body and emotion. This liberates one from a deterministic past, availing a sea of untapped potential and possibility.
