Therapy is only likely to be effective when the therapist and client have a relationship that is based on integrity, trust, safety and the absence of judgement. Creating that space is my overriding priority. When the therapy space is safe, we are able to explore our emotional lives, our relationships, our work, our play and our intrapersonal dynamics in ways that allow for a deeper consideration of what is best for us and those around us. I work with whatever is most important to you at this chapter of your life with a view to crafting the the most considered choice.
I am a licensed psychologist, registered with the HPCSA and working in private practice, hospital and consultancy settings since 2000. I work in an insight-oriented approach with clients around the world, both online and in-person. I have a strong interest in depression and anxiety, couple counselling, addiction, teenage struggles and work-related problems.
