I am an Educational Psychologist offering Individual Psychotherapy and Psychological Assessments. I provide therapy for adults, young adults and older teens from a holistic perspective and often work with neurodiverse individuals. I offer support with anxiety and stress management, burnout, life transitions and grief, learning difficulties, as well as personal & career development. My therapy approach is integrative and interactional and I use a combination of talk therapy and brain-based techniques to help with nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.
I also offer Psychoeducational and Accommodations (concessions) Assessments to identify learning barriers for children, teens and adults. I provide Subject Choice Assessments and Career Assessments for teens, graduates and adults making career changes, and I am an accredited Which Career for Me (WCFM) Career Thinking Partner.
