My ideal clients include children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges related to neurodevelopmental, emotional, or behavioural functioning, as well as individuals facing academic or career decisions. They are often referred for concerns such as ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, depression, or family-related matters. At JDP Practice, we provide structured assessments, practical feedback, and targeted therapeutic support. We aim to offer clear insight, build coping strategies, and support clients and families in moving forward with confidence and purpose.
I offer psychotherapy, psycho-educational assessments, and career guidance, with a focus on neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and related challenges. I also provide psycho-legal evaluations and mediation. My approach is practical, structured, and tailored to help clients gain insight, manage difficulties, and move forward with confidence.
