I am a registered Counselling Psychologist, trained at the University of the Witwatersrand, and currently based in private practice in Ballito and Durdoc Hospital. I work with adolescents (12+) and adults, offering a supportive space for individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. As a counselling psychologist, I offer a compassionate and warm environment where adolescents and adults can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment.
I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship conflict, and adjustment to life transitions. I also offer focused support in areas such as reproductive health, illness adjustment, parental and caregiver support and HIV-related emotional support.
