I work with people who want to put the work in, in a supportive environment. Most mothers, and parents, are trying their best but still coming up short. They want to feel more empowered in their parenting role, thrive in their relationships, have a meaningful life outside of parenting. Neurodiverse families deserve support, psycho-education, and guidance from an affirming therapist who knows what they are going through.
I help through psycho-education, self-discovery, empowerment, and practical support. My experience as a neurodiverse person and parent to neurodiverse children along with specialised training gives me unique insight. This goes beyond regular therapy, in order to help people who are suffering alone to build a village that is understanding and supportive.
