My primary focus is working with children, adolescents, parents and adults who are seeking awareness and mastery over their presenting difficulties. I provide therapeutic services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and life challenges. The one constant theme I come across in practice is the innate wisdom and resilience of my clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key foundation in building a safe and authentic space, which is imperative for healing and growth.
I work collaboratively with children and their families. I approach my clients and the sacred therapeutic space with warmth and acceptance. I help clients manage a diverse range of disorders, and other difficult emotions and life problems. I assist them to develop healthy coping tools. I offer play therapy, parenting guidance sessions and individual therapy.
If you are just starting your therapeutic journey or finding a space for your child to process their emotions, it is natural to feel anxious & uncertain. I structure the therapeutic space and approach in a way that meets you where you are; there's no pressure to 'have it all together' or say the right words.
