I’m a qualified Counsellor, registered with both the HPCSA and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a background in nursing that’s shaped my lifelong commitment to supporting people through challenging times. Since 2007, I’ve run a private practice offering bilingual (English and Afrikaans) counselling—both in-person and online.
Services include outpatient addiction support, couple counselling, trauma recovery, stress management, career guidance, employee wellness, single parenting support, Trisomy 18 pregnancy, and grief care. I also offer “walk and talk” sessions in nature, creating a calming space for reflection and healing. I’m contracted in with most medical aids.
