I have more than 20 years’ experience providing psychotherapeutic services to adolescents and young adults. I am interested in the promotion of psychological health and in providing support to individuals who are adjusting to stressful circumstances, struggling with relationships, or experiencing problems with stress and symptoms of depression. I also work in the area of health and sport psychology, to promote optimal wellbeing and peak performance.
I offer brief cognitive-behavioural interventions to deal with immediate problems and promote wellbeing. Where appropriate, I also use interpersonal and psychodynamic therapy to help facilitate a process of self-exploration and psychological growth
