As a holistic Specialist Wellness Counsellor, I provide a wide range of counselling services to individuals. From children to adults, Play therapy and intervention for children, behavioural problems, Trauma, Teenagers, Rebellion, Depression, Relationship counselling (IMAGO Approach), Addictions, EMDR, Belief systems and much more.
Every person deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
