My approach is integrative and guided by each person's unique needs, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, narrative, solution-focused, and CBT approaches. I offer both in-person and online therapy. Both formats provide meaningful opportunities for therapeutic growth and can be tailored to suit your preferences and circumstances.
