Coaching is usually short-term and goal-directed - approx. 3 - 6 sessions. This depends on your needs and investment.
My passion is empowering people who want to get more from life. Areas include - confidence coaching, financial coaching, intergity coaching, achieving goals, sobriety coaching, dealing with burn out, and anxiety
Clients are being empowered to become leaders of their own lives, and are given specialised tools to develop mental, emotional and physical wellness.
