My life coaching approach combines CBT techniques with coaching exercises, to start actively working on the area of your life that you would like more from.
Coaching is usually short-term and goal-directed - approx. 6 sessions. This timeframe will depend on your unique needs and investment.
My passion is guiding people who want to get more from life. Themes for coaching include, but are not limited to: communication & relationships, evaluating life goals, feeling stuck or burned out, struggling with procrastination, anxiety and/or achieving goals.
Sessions can be done face-to-face or via online platforms
Coaching supports the client on their journey towards a greater self-understanding. Clients are being empowered to become leaders of their own lives, and are given specialised tools to develop mental, emotional and physical wellness.
