I see clients who are looking to heal through a holistic approach to mental wellness. The clients that I see are choosing to heal themselves and recreate themselves after divorce/breakups, co-dependency or abusive relationships. Some of my clients are doing the re-parenting in wellness program and finding direction and meaning again. They are building their self esteem as well as gaining deeper insight into who they are, why they have the patterns they have and how to replace them with healthier ones. Together we focus on breaking toxic cycles and rewriting your narrative.
Having a variety of experience working with addiction, autism, cancer & re-parenting. My Niche is in holistic wellness through life transitions, working with clients on all areas of wellness to achieve sustainable change, all the while coaching clients on how to maintain the change themselves long after counselling ends.
An eclectic approach allows me to draw from a variety of theories and techniques to design a program for your individual needs, no two people are the same, and for this reason I will always adapt my approach to each individual client.
