We offer support to clients suffering from traumatic incidents such as loss/grief support, depressed mood, exposure to sexual and other assault, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress and life-threatening illnesses. Therapy for little ones aged 5 – 12, who might be suffering from challenges such as loss and grief, bullying, exposure to trauma, fears, low self-esteem or anger management difficulties.
We use applied metapsychology, individual psychotherapy. and TIR (Traumatic Incident Reduction) in the practise and therapeutic child-centred play therapy. Counselling offered in English and Afrikaans. Employee wellness consultations are also offered to corporate companies. Applications for Old Age Homes, Independent living, Assisted Care, Frailcare.
Consultations are also rendered to Blaauwberg Netcare and The Shoulder Practice, Milnerton Mediclinic. We explore new, healthy coping strategies and self-help techniques when our clients want to overcome what negatively affects their mental well-being for stressful life situations, and personal growth.
