I would ensure the client with confidentiality and make sure I demonstrate empathy .
I conduct individual, couple,family group counseling,trauma,Bearavment &grief Counseling, domestic &Gender Based Violence Problems,Behavioral problems, work related Stress alcohol and drug abuse. I help people to see that they already have solutions by working together with them to make make it happen and realize that wellness starts within.
I will build empathy by listening to the clients and be in the client's world and refrain from my frame of reference, I understand the client verbally and non verbally and assure the client that he/she is being understood.
