I love to teach self mastery.
Besides talk therapy, I love to be practical with my clients and educate them to become empowered for good. My approach is combination of Short term intensive psychotherapy, CBT, Acceptance & Commitment, and Mindfulness practice. I teach self regulation techniques, so clients can learn how to achieve a coherent state of being.
