My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, or relational challenges that affect their wellbeing and daily life. These may include difficulties such as family conflict, parenting struggles, behavioural problems, school adjustment issues, grief and loss, or the effects of trauma and neglect.
Many of my clients are parents who feel concerned, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support their child effectively. They want to strengthen their relationship with their children, improve communication within the family, and find positive ways to manage conflict or challenging behaviour.
As a social worker in private practice, I provide professional counselling and psychosocial support to children, youth, and families facing emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties.
My approach is client-centred,
strengths-based, and guided by empathy, confidentiality, and respect for each individual’s unique circumstances.
You are not alone, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. My role is to walk alongside you and your family with understanding, care, and professional guidance. Together, we will create a safe space where you can explore challenges, discover strengths, and begin the process of healing and growth.Every family has the capacity to rebuild.
