Hi. I am an experienced therapist who enjoys working with clients who are pursuing psychological growth and development. My goal is to provide an environment and professional skills which can assist you in achieving this goal. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
My approach is to be client centered at all times. I will use various approaches as determined by your needs. I am trained in BWRT, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution focused Therapy. I am also trained in trauma therapy.
