I am an experienced, competent and professional general/wellness counselor working with children, Adolescent, individuals, and organizations. I specialize in anger management, trauma debriefing, conflict management and Bereavement. I use a centered holistic wellness approach to assess, analyze and help my clients reach their optimal well-being.
My counseling sessions are individually tailored. I first focus on what brought the client to my practice and move on to other factors that contribute to my clients sufferings. I offer empathetic understanding. I also consider cultural, spiritual and religious background of my clients.
