Life is full of challenges that can feel difficult to cope with at times. We are all human, after all. Whether it be stress, relationship issues, life adjustments, trauma, or struggling to feel happy - I offer counselling services to provide you with a space to unpack and navigate these challenges. I am here to listen, and provide you with the tools and insight to empower yourself through your ongoing journey in life.
I work from an intergrative approach, including Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I use this integrative method to best adapt to your needs as a client. I offer individual sessions to adults (18+) and adolescents (14 - 18), as well as couples counselling.
Whoever you are and whatever challenges you are faced with - my door is open to you. If you have made the brave step to seek out counselling, please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer in- person sessions in Century City or Goodwood (Cape Town), or online.
