This is not a conventional approach to psychotherapy. My programme involves an integrated approach at psychotherapy and neuroscience. I teach my clients scientifically backed up techniques to release trauma, heal from at a cellular level and how to reprogram the subconscious mind to function at an optimal level, according to your desires and needs. You will never perceive life the same, your vision, goals and ultimately your healing will transcend in ways that will attract peace and joy for you. My approach is unique, motivating and will appeal to any age group, ethnicity, race, gender and embraces a complete approach of inclusivity

"I want to thank you for helping and empowering (my child) in the most incredible way.
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless and stuck? Are you struggling with relationships? Are past traumas and experiences holding you back? Are you done with struggling, and are you now ready to thrive?!

People come to therapy for different reasons. Many people come because of difficulties they are currently experiencing, which can include long periods of distressing feelings or thoughts, struggling to cope, relationship problems, and/ or difficulty dealing with a particularly distressing situation. Other people come to therapy simply to gain a better understanding of themselves and more fulfilment in their lives and relationships. Therapy is a unique experience and a relationship between you and a professional. It is very normal to not fully understand its nature at the outset.

Is it really work if one loves what they do? The reason I became a Social Worker was because I never wanted to work a day in my life but to love what I do. It has always been my desire to help people find solutions to their life problems and I sought for a profession that covered all aspects of human behaviour, i. e psychology, sociology, culture, spiritual & therapy. Now 13 years later, I have never looked back. My experience with clients from diverse backgrounds has been a humbling journey not to mention fulfilling. I continue to hone my craft through continuous professional development to remain relevant to my clients.

Do I need to attend therapy with my child?

Parents are an integral part of a child’s therapy, but the specifics of their involvement vary. If your child is young, you may attend most or all sessions; if your child is older, you may attend a few sessions or none; sometimes a therapist may ask you to have a session on your own. Whatever the arrangement, you should expect to work collaboratively with the therapist, your child, and your family members to take steps to help support your child.

How long are sessions with child therapists?

Children’s therapy sessions can last 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. The length of the session may depend on your child’s age and the type of therapy practiced. You can discuss this with therapists you consult and the one you ultimately move forward with.

How do I get a child to agree to seek therapy?

The best approach is to have an open-ended conversation with your child about how they’re doing and what they might be struggling with. When you raise therapy, discuss the concept in an age-appropriate way, for example explaining that a therapist’s job is to help kids handle their hard or uncomfortable feelings. Frame therapy positively, as an opportunity to explore and build emotional skills—it’s an important tool in the toolbox to help kids feel their best.

How can I tell if a therapist is a good fit for my child?

A child needs to feel comfortable opening up about their thoughts and feelings, so if your child feels a sense of comfort, ease, and trust with their therapist, that’s a great sign. In addition, a therapist is a good fit for your child if the two can communicate well together; a clinician should be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and in an age-appropriate manner.
