I am a qualified Counsellor, registered with the HPCSA and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I also hold a qualification as a nurse, so my passion has always been working with individuals during difficult times. I have run a private practise since 2007 and I am fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans). I offer both face to face and online counselling.

My Therapy International is a multi-disciplinary practice with 5 focus areas namely 1) Psychotherapy and Traumatology for treatment of - suicidality, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, unresolved trauma and amputee support, 2) Relationship therapy, for couples of any sexual orientation, polyamorous families, reconstituted families, specialising in "last chance" couples and 3) Sex therapy and sexuality counselling for problems with sexual functioning and sexual identity issues 4) Support for South African expats currently living abroad, 5) Neuro - Behavioural Life Coaching.

I am a Counsellor.
